Location of the 2008 European Festival
The Festival will be held in Verbania Pallanza, on Lake Maggiore, Italy (not far from Milan), surrounded by green trees and forest, in a three-star hotel with all necessary sporting and comfort facilities.

How to get there by plane, by train or by car :
By plane
You should book your flight for "Milano Malpensa Airport".
There are two terminals in Malpensa Airport, Malpensa 1 (MPX1) and
Malpensa 2 (MPX2).
Connecting transportations leave from Malpensa 1 but there is a free
shuttle that links the two terminals every twenty minutes. Then, from
Malpensa1 to the hotel, you have three options :
Trains and buses:
From Malpensa1, take a bus to Gallarate train station (one
every 30 minutes)
From the Gallarate station, take a train to Verbania Pallanza
(one every 30 to 40 minutes)
From Verbania station (Fondotoce) take a local bus going to
Verbania and get off at Tribunale bus stop

ALIBUS Shuttle:
Make a reservation 24 hours ahead (phone +39.0323.552172) - Cost
is about 10.50 Euros.
The bus leaves from platform 22. Get off at Tribunale bus
stop in Verbania.

You may make a reservation of this shuttle for a group of 8 persons.
Cost will be about 15 euros.
To do this, you will coordinate your arrival in the same flight with
other participants coming from the same part of the world than you.

Your national organisation may also have missionned a "2008 rep" to
take care of the traveling issue as well as other organisational
points.
By train
Take a train that will take you
to Verbania Pallanza station
From Verbania station (Fondotoce), take a local bus going to
Verbania and get off at Tribunale bus stop.
